RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange it subject to the points below. 

Please note that Sale items are not eligble for Returns and Exchange.

Please send an email to info@babythings.ca regarding any concerns with your purchase you may have following the receipt of your order prior to returning the item(s).

Please note Baby Things do not accept refunds.

What we ask of you:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
  • Where possible please return the item(s) in its original packaging
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.
  • Please do not send your items(s) back to the sender address
  • Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, the shipping cost of returning the item(s) is not refundable

Baby Things will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.

Sizing Issue

Wrong size ordered is not refundable. Please ensure to use the size chart provided in each products page or email us before placing an order to enquire about the sizing.  

Please check the size charts accordingly as all designs vary in sizing

Exchange Process

Returned item(s) are subject to quality control. Baby Things reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.

If your return is approved, then your exchange will be processed within 5 business working days and you will receive a replacement order confirmation.
